Wearing ethical jewelry is super important to me. The idea that some terrible war may have been supported by an object that's supposed to represent something wonderful and beautiful to me just doesn't compute.
So, news of the first 100% made-in-Ontario diamonds coming to retail has me over-the-moon. The first batch consists of 100 spectacular diamonds that are completely mined, cut and polished exclusively here in Ontario.
The diamonds will be sold only at Birks flagship store on Bloor from April 26 to May 1.
