Derek Blasberg

Derek Blasberg has been making the rounds, here, here, and here promoting his new book "Classy: Exceptional Advice for the Extremely Modern Lady." It's a tongue-in-cheeky etiquette guide that advises women how to behave.

The National Post has the best quote about the book: "Certainly, in an age of too much MTV and not enough pants, the mood is ripe for guidance in gentility."

Lessons in ladyhood go from basic but forgotten (how to introduce people, how to write a thank-you note) to the maybe-should-be-forgotten ("how a girl treats her bag is how she might treat a boy").

Derek's website is here.
