Woah, that's a major demographic shift!
According to Racialization and Gender of Lawyers in Ontario, a report written by Michael Ornstein of York University and released by the Law Society of Upper Canada, there has been a significant demographic shift among the province's youngest lawyers, 60% of whom are now women. More here.
