Could you fill me in on details for the top 3? I'm badly in need of a new brand.
Hourglass is the standout for me. It's formula actually helps to dry the lashes up, out, and curled, which never worked for me before without an actual eyelash curler. Benefit's mascara is a close second. It's good stuff as well. Urban Decay and Cargo are tied for third. They're good, just not as good as Hourglass. It's the best.
