On May 18th, the promotional insanity that is "Sex and the City 2" continues with a new offering: the official "Sex and the City 2" book. The super-glossy, photo-tastic book will feature movie-making process, with behind-the-scenes stories from writer and director Michael Patrick King and Sarah Jessica Parker, as well as Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis.
