How to be Popular at Work


Even if you are out of school, it still matters whether your peers perceive you as popular or not.

Recent academic research confirms that popularity in the workplace makes a big difference. Forbes offers some useful tips, here.

None of these qualify as rocket surgery, but probably still good reminders:
- Be interested in other people
- Shift attention away from yourself
- Eradicate self-consciousness
- Organize team-building activities
- Help whenever you can
