Happiness
Turns out all those deep philosophical conversations you've been having may be key to your happiness. Link.
A recently published study in the journal of Psychological Science has found that people who are naturally happy engage in more substantive conversations than small talk. But according to one of the authors it’s not yet clear whether it is the substantive conversations that cause the happiness. “It could be that it’s just that it’s not fun to be around people who have less substantive or if you’re grumpy no one wants to be around you and you don’t get beyond small talk.”
Oh Snap!
